The White County IT Department plans, develops and maintains enterprise technology services for the users working for White County Government.   Our mission is to enable County Departments to provide the best possible service to the citizens of White County. 

Our Services Include:

Technical Support - We provide technical support though a web based helpdesk, this includes Windows and Linux based systems, and various peripheral devices. 

Communications – Manage telephone systems, microwave communications and audio visual systems, such as digital signage

Network - Support and manage the wide area and local area data networks, Internet services - Hardware including Firewalls, switches and point and point access

Applications - We support and manage department specific applications, and liaison with vendors for external support. 

Administration - The IT department provides financial planning and forecasting, budgeting and guidance for technology related county needs.
