Request for Driveway Permit

When submitting a Request for Driveway Permit, please mark with one stake center of desired driveway location. Our staff will check the location for sight distance based on the speed limit of the road the desired driveway will access. Staff will also respond with possible culvert size. 

Driveways shall be constructed in accordance with White County Code Chapter 54:Roads - Article VII: Driveway Construction Design Standards. If a variance is needed please contact us at 706-865-2510 to discuss your situation.
