WorkSource Georgia Mountains can help! Take advantage of our On-the-Job Training Program (OJT). WorkSource Georgia Mountains can provide wage reimbursements to employers to help compensate the costs associated with training and loss of production for newly hired employees. OJT can assist companies who are looking to expand their business and need additional staff trained with specialized skills.
